REGULATION
• The stays are from Saturday to Saturday;
• Prices inclusive of electricity, gas and water;
• Bedroom, bathroom and table linen NOT provided;
• All 3 apartments are equipped with: appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, fan oven, fridge and freezer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, 2 full HD LED TV, crockery-pots-cutlery, balconies with sea view (except Nina located on the ground floor), car park;
• Available free of charge on request for younger guests: cot, high chair, baby changing table, high chair;
• "Il Gabbiano" partner beach establishment located on the beach 40 meters from the apartments for renting umbrellas and chairs. Website: www.seavacanze.it;
• Animals are not allowed;
• Check-in (Saturday) from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm;
• Check-out (Saturday) from 7:00 am to 9:00 am;
• Security deposit € 150.00 which will be returned upon return of the keys.
